Background
Morgan Gunnell discovered his passion for firearms and shooting as a child, but it wasn't until 2016 that he fully committed to developing his skills. His love of hunting and desire to make ethical, accurate shots in the field fueled his drive for improvement, while his career in law enforcement further sharpened his proficiency with essential tools of the trade. Morgan began competing in USPSA and has since achieved Grand Master status in the Carry Optics division.

Today, he is a full-time law enforcement firearms instructor, bringing thousands of hours of practical experience to both recruit training and in-service programs. His dedication to continuous learning has made him a well-rounded practitioner across multiple platforms, including pistol, carbine, and precision rifle.

Just as much as developing himself as a shooter, Morgan is passionate about helping others improve. He believes shooting is a lifelong journey—one of discovering the unknown, rediscovering the familiar, mastering skills, and cultivating the discipline to execute them on demand.
